UC Biosciences Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our medical and in vitro diagnostics (IVD) business in the Philippines. This role is responsible for managing a geographically distributed sales team, driving market expansion, and executing sales strategies across hospitals, laboratories, and clinical customers nationwide.
The Sales Manager will report to senior management and is expected to operate effectively in a multi-location setup, balancing strategic planning with regular field engagement and team support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership and Performance- Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team distributed across multiple regions in the Philippines.
- Set individual and team sales targets, monitor performance, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and field visits to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
- Manage team productivity and alignment despite geographic dispersion.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand customer base and strengthen nationwide market presence.
- Drive new account acquisition and key account growth in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics.
- Identify emerging market opportunities, regional trends, and competitive activities.
- Implement structured sales forecasting, planning, reporting, and follow-up processes across all regions.
- Ensure timely and accurate sales reports, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
- Use data to manage regional performance and resource allocation.
- Lead and support product launches, promotional activities, and market education initiatives in collaboration with management and external partners.
- Gather and consolidate market intelligence, customer feedback, and regional insights to support product positioning and portfolio decisions.
- Conduct basic market assessments and evaluations to identify opportunities for new products, applications, or market segments.
