Finance and Audit Manager

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Finance and Audit Manager is responsible for the financial health and discipline of the organization. This individual owns the full profit and loss cycle, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, and partners with other departments to drive cost efficiency and sustainable financial performance.

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Office / Remote)
• Work Schedule: Daytime shift, 8 hours + 1 hour break
• Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 35,000 per month

• Own the full P&L — produce daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Perform daily reconciliation and manage cash flow forecasting
• Lead budgeting processes and implement cost control measures
• Audit expenses and monitor outstanding collections
• Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, tax filings, and business permits
• Process supplier payments and manage payments to lessors and other parties
• Issue and file billing statements, invoices, and BIR Form 2307s
• Follow up on due receivables and outstanding collections
• Work cross-functionally to improve margins and minimize operational wastage

• Bachelor's degree in any field — we value demonstrated ability and character over academic pedigree
• Comfortable working across standard business and productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack, Notion, Canva) and basic office software; familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini is a plus
• Able to provide 2 character references from previous professional involvements
• Valid government-issued ID and NBI Clearance required
• Background in Accountancy or Finance is strongly preferred
• Experience in a startup or fast-paced business environment is an advantage
• Solid understanding of Philippine tax regulations and BIR compliance
