- At least 5 years of experience in leadership development, facilitation, and instructional design
- Ability to engage and influence audiences from individual contributors through to senior leaders
- Confidence coaching leaders and providing clear, actionable feedback
- Experience designing learning using modern tools, with exposure to AI-enabled content creation
- Understanding of onboarding and CX as capability areas, and how they connect to performance
- A practical, outcomes-focused approach to learning design and delivery
- A collaborative style with the ability to build trust and credibility quickly
- Attention to detail in content design
- Prior delivery of programs from Ken Blanchard, Korn Ferry, and Franklin Covey or similar is an added advantage
- Certifications in Facilitation and Instructional Design are a bonus
- Knowledge of the ADDIE Principle for learning program management is a bonus

- Contribute to CX capability through targeted programs that embed customer-focused behaviors
- Use AI and modern learning tools to design engaging, scalable, and practical learning experiences
- Facilitate high-impact sessions, both virtual and in-person, that drive reflection and action
- Coach leaders in the flow of work, supporting the application of learning into real situations
- Build active learning communities across Teams and Viva Engage, becoming the go-to for ongoing engagement and sustained learning culture
- Identify capability gaps using data and insight, and design targeted uplift interventions
- Continuously improve content, programs, and learning pathways based on feedback and outcomes
- Deliver excellent program execution from inception, invitation, to capturing attendance and feedback
- Leaders are clearer, more consistent, and more confident in how they lead
- Onboarding experiences are structured, engaging, and accelerate time to performance
- Learning is applied, not just attended
- Programs are simple, practical, and aligned to what the business needs most
- AI and modern tools are used to scale quality and speed of learning design
