• Coordinate and develop company’s annual audit plan.
• Assist Internal Audit head in developing and maintaining internal audit procedures to ensure best practice is taken account of and such audits address specific areas of risk management.
• Schedule and conduct audit, initiates project planning, assess and analyze risk and develop audit direction.
• Conducts investigation on irregularities and errors.
• Recommends preventing and corrective measures
• Assist Audit head in presenting audit report to the management and the stakeholder, especially any areas of concern and the result action plan.
• Promotes leading practices in risk-based audit, risk management, and control.
• Oversee risk-based audits covering operational and financial processes.
• Evaluate company’s compliance control.
• Evaluate company’s financial record.
• Maintain comprehensive system for recording all audit plans, work papers, findings, reports and follow-audit.
• Review audit work performed by the subordinate.
• Conduct special audits as required by management and or issue result.
• Analyze audit findings and devise strategies.
• Spearhead other projects as instructed by the management.
• Develop and communicate internal control and whistle blowing policy.

Qualifications/Requirements

Experience: At least (6) years working experience in an internal audit environment, with two (2) years of supervisory or managerial experience. With record of success in internal and/ or external audits.
