Learning and Development Manager

MEDTEK is a fast-growing company in the heart of Paranaque. We carry Point of Care, Rapid and Automation diagnostic kits and machines of international standard and reliability from leading international manufacturers through a vast distribution network nationwide.

Job Overview: The Learning and Development Manager leads the design, implementation, and evaluation of training programs that enhance employee performance and support organizational goals. This role partners with leaders to identify learning needs, develop talent, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

• Develop and implement learning and development programs.
• Assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
• Design and deliver training, onboarding, and leadership development initiatives.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), training budget, and external vendors.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and compliance training.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in learning and development, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms.
• Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant professional certification is an advantage.
