Job Summary:
The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the senior management team, ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the company's leadership. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, discrete, and able to manage multiple priorities across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the schedules, appointments, and meetings of senior management, including travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare and maintain correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Act as a liaison between management and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication.
- Assist in the preparation and follow-up of strategic meetings, including agenda setting and documentation.
- Monitor and follow up on action items, deadlines, and deliverables assigned to management.
- Support with operational tasks such as coordinating between the company's branches and internal teams
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in managing company projects, events, and initiatives as required.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working with international teams and understanding of cross-cultural communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field is preferred.

Work Environment:
The role may require occasional travel in the Philippines and may require to be on a flexible working hours schedule to accommodate meetings and deadlines.
