Inventory Audit Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct physical inventory counts and spot audits
- Monitor and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
- Prepare inventory and audit reports
- Coordinate with warehouse and store personnel regarding stock concerns
- Ensure compliance with inventory control policies and procedures
- Assist in investigating inventory variances and losses
- Support other audit and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field
- Business Administration graduates from any specialisation are welcome to apply
- Experience in inventory auditing or inventory control is an advantage
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply as prior experience in inventory auditing is not mandatory
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory systems
- Experience with any inventory management system is acceptable
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Willing to do fieldwork and inventory counts when needed
