Assistant Operations Manager
Candid Coffee is looking for a highly organized and execution-driven Assistant Operations Manager to support daily operations across all branches.

About The Role:
This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence, consistent execution, and compliance with company standards across multiple stores. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, capable of solving operational challenges, and able to thrive in a fast-paced expansion environment.
The Assistant Operations Manager will work closely with the Operations Manager, Area Managers, and Field Operations Team to ensure alignment, accountability, and smooth branch execution.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Execution & Monitoring
- Support the Operations Manager in executing operational plans, initiatives, and store rollouts across all branches
- Monitor branch performance and assist in ensuring the Operations Team consistently meets KPIs
- Conduct regular branch visits, including scheduled and surprise audits, and submit structured reports to the Operations Manager
- Identify operational gaps, document issues clearly, and recommend action plans for review and approval
- Track operational concerns and ensure proper follow-through until resolution
- Branch Performance & Compliance
- Support and monitor the performance of Branch Managers and store teams through structured feedback and reporting
- Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, operational standards, and service quality expectations
- Escalate critical operational issues, delays, risks, and non-compliance cases promptly with complete documentation and recommendations
- Reinforce operational standards across branches and report compliance status regularly
- Coordination & Execution Support
- Coordinate closely with the Operations Coordinator and Field Operations Supervisor to align audits, execution priorities, and reporting outputs
- Support store opening readiness, including checklist monitoring, timeline tracking, and completion validation
- Assist in implementing operational systems, tools, and process improvements as directed by management
- Reporting & Administrative Support
- Participate in operational meetings, calibrations, and performance reviews
- Submit daily and weekly operational reports covering:
- Store performance updates
- Operational issues and risks
- Task progress and completion
- Pending escalations
- Audit findings
- Operations team attendance, leaves, and offsets
- Perform ad hoc operational tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or related field
- At least 2–4 years of experience in multi-branch operations, retail, F&B, or café operations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities
- Highly detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accountability
- Willing to do fieldwork and travel between branches
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and operational reporting tools
