Accounting Associate

As our Accounting Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, collections, reconciliation reports, and other administrative financial tasks. You will support smooth financial operations across the team, contributing to the organization’s success.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related course.
• No prior experience required, or less than one year of relevant experience in Accounting or Finance.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software.
• Internet savvy and comfortable using digital tools for daily tasks.
• Strong attention to detail in handling financial transactions, records, and reports.
• Good customer service skills, with the ability to respond to client inquiries and facilitate payment processes efficiently.
• Behavioral Competencies: Courage to speak up, openness to feedback, reliability, ability to exceed expectations, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
