• High-Volume Management: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening to onboarding, often focusing on high-volume hiring.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with department managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and fill positions effectively.
• Reporting and Metrics: Generate reports on recruitment dashboards, statistics, and ROI of sourcing channels to optimize performance.
• Screening & Selection: Conducting initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, or face-to-face interviews.
