Monitors the construction schedule and balance of quantities of the project. Ensures proper utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials. Constantly coordinates with the team to achieve the target completion date.

Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations
• Analyze plans and create necessary additions, alterations and omissions according to NTP and client concerns through AutoCAD and materials
• Prepare external and internal reports relating job status, daily progress, estimates, and deliverables
• Communicate with the responsible parties to ensure quality construction exceeds company standards and proper industry techniques and processes are utilized while ensuring the customers’ needs and wants are efficiently met
• Review projects on a daily basis to ensure quality construction standard exist and estimates remain within the budget
• Supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time an exceed the customer’s requirements
• Work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment to plan and coordinate all aspects of the building process
• Prepare the regular reports required (monthly/weekly basis) and submit to the Project Manager
• Assists with administrative duties as needed

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor’s/College in Electrical Engineer (LICENSED)
• Male
• With at least 1-2years relevant experience required
• Effective oral and written communication skill
• Computer literate
• Proven project management and supervision skills
• Decision making and leadership skills
• Candidate must be amenable to be assigned in different project sites
