About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Waiter to join our team at ZC Kings Manpower Janitorial Services Cooperative' in Malate Manila City Metro Manila. As a Waiter, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.This is a full-time position.
What you'll be doing- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate these to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure tables are clean, fully stocked and set up according to restaurant standards
- Respond promptly to customer requests and address any concerns or queries
- Assist with general restaurant duties, such as clearing tables and restocking supplies
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the dining area
- Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role in the hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and friendly attitude, with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
