Posted on 14 May 2026- Maintain a clean kitchen, properly wash and sort soiled dishes, and prep food as needed. Keep dish area free of clutter and organized.
- Set up dish stations including sinks.
- Maintain clean and dry floors throughout the shift.
- Properly wash, stack, and store chinaware, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers.
- Assist in the timely storing of food deliveries.
- Maintain trash bins throughout shift and remove full trashcans boxes at the end of each shift.
- Maintain the dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves.
- Clean machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as pots, pans, stove top, and etc.
- Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
- Assist in food prep and any other duties set forth and/or requested by the Head Chef as needed.
