Occupational Health Physician

OH Physician on duty shall attend to the workers in the site who need immediate medical care, provide first aid and emergency medical support as needed.

CLINIC OPERATIONS

Attend first aid cases in the workplace and provide emergency medical support in the site
Apply immediate treatment to injured workers during trauma and emergency cases
Provide medical consultation and information on injuries, illnesses, and return-to-work status
Oversee the OH Nurse on duty during emergency situations
Conduct workplace inspection to assess health hazards together with V2X Authorized Representative and recommend control measures
Participate in the investigation of injuries and/or health-related incidents occurred in the workplace
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time in relation to Clinic Operations and Medical Services

Education

Bachelor’s Degree on Medicine or equivalent

Technical

Completed basic training in occupational nursing conducted by the Bureau/Region office concerned, the College of Public Health of the University of the Philippines, or by any institution/organization accredited by DOLE.

License

Valid and Active PRC License to practice Medicine in the Philippines

Years of Experience

With at least 2-year experience or practice as Occupational Health (OH) Physician, preferably in Medium- or High-Risk work environment

Specialized

Preferably with experience and specialty in trauma and emergency medicine
