Graphic Artists support the work of marketing associates and managers of work tasks and projects directed at developing visual strategies and marketing campaigns.
Graphic Artists are responsible for:
- developing, designing, updating, and enhancing presentations and marketing materials to promote company services.
- reviewing and analyzing visual performances against programs and plans to determine the effectiveness of campaigns.
- handling, developing, and managing visual sales/marketing operating budgets.
- planning and overseeing visual marketing and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
- developing and recommending visual plans, positioning, campaign ideas, and marketing strategies to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
- ensuring effective delivery of visual marketing results, and taking corrective action to guarantee that achievement of visual marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
- evaluating visual market trends and adjusting visual marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- monitoring competitor services, sales, and marketing activities.
- researching contents and other intellectual property rights that might jeopardize the company in visual materials.
- guiding the preparation of visual marketing activity reports and presents to management.
- establishing and maintaining a consistent corporate image throughout all promotional materials and events.
- submitting visual performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs.
- representing the company at trade conventions, events, and meetings to evaluate the visual performances of marketing materials.
- assisting other departments within the organization to prepare manuals and marketing publications, and providing templates/drafts of visual materials.
- preparing periodic reports and statuses of visual materials.
- completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Marketing Manager and other company officials.
