About the role
ABest Express Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organised Office Staff member to join our team in Santa Rosa City, Laguna. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of our office environment.As Office Staff, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical support that enables our team to operate efficiently and effectively. Your contributions will directly impact the productivity and success of our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Managing and organising office files, records and documentation systems to ensure easy access and proper storage
- Answering and screening telephone calls, directing enquiries to appropriate staff members and taking accurate messages
- Greeting visitors and clients at reception, providing information and assistance as needed
- Preparing, typing and proofreading correspondence, reports and other office documents
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and parcels
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders as required
- Performing data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records in company systems
- Coordinating with other departments to support office functions and special projects
- Assisting with general office administration and ad-hoc tasks as requested
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a fast-paced business environment
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel
- Competency in managing office management systems and databases
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Professional demeanour with strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Relevant administration or office support qualifications or certifications are advantageous
