• Qualifications
• Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (New York license preferred)
• At least 1 year of Trainer experience in a BPO environment
• At least 1 year of experience handling a Healthcare account
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and coaching skills
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas
• Amenable to a night shift schedule

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for healthcare programs
• Facilitate new hire training, product knowledge, and process updates
• Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching to drive success
• Collaborate with operations and quality teams to ensure training effectiveness
