Recruitment Supervisor

Work Schedule: Rotational shift; must be amenable to work on holidays and weekends as business requires

We are looking for a results-driven Recruitment Supervisor with a strong BPO recruitment background to lead high-volume hiring efforts. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, managing a team of recruiters, and delivering top-tier talent to meet aggressive hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor the recruitment team in achieving hiring goals.
• Lead high-volume agent-level hiring initiatives.
• Collaborate with department heads to align hiring strategies with business needs.
• Monitor and improve recruitment metrics and processes for efficiency and quality.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.
• Work closely with sourcing and talent acquisition teams to maintain a healthy talent pipeline.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Supervisor in the BPO industry.
• Proven track record in high-volume hiring for agent-level positions.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage long working hours.
• Willing to work onsite in Pasig City and on a rotational shift, including holidays and weekends if needed.
