Social Media Sales Agent (Remote)

Position: Social Media Sales Agent (for Gyms)Location: Work-from-Home (Open to applicants outside Metro Manila)
Salary Package:
- ₱30,000 base pay
- ₱5,000 phone & internet allowance
- Commission for every converted lead (uncapped)
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PH holidays observed)
Leave Entitlement: 10 days paid leave/year (sick or vacation)
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from potential gym members on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media channels
- Engage leads via chat and phone calls to understand their fitness goals and recommend the most suitable membership or class package, or promote current offers
- Actively follow up with trial class attendees and new leads to encourage them to sign up for a membership
- Reconnect with previous inquiries or inactive leads to reignite interest and promote current gym promos or offers
- Use a designated sales pipeline board or CRM to track lead progress—from initial inquiry to trial class to membership sign-up
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, including fitness preferences, promo eligibility, and conversion status
- Coordinate closely with the gym’s admin/ studio managers/ BAs / Trainers to ensure a smooth member handover
- Prepare and submit weekly reports detailing lead activity, trial attendance, conversions, and follow-up status
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and enthusiasm in all interactions—showcasing a deep understanding of the gym’s offerings
