About the role

As a Legal Associate at Treadstone Associates, you will play a crucial role in providing legal support and services to our growing organisation. Your expertise and attention to detail will be instrumental in ensuring the company's legal compliance and supporting its strategic initiatives.

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate filings
• Conducting legal research and providing analysis to support the company's decision-making process
• Assisting with the implementation of legal strategies and policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate legal risks
• Providing administrative support to the legal department, including document management and file organisation
• Staying up-to-date with changes in the legal landscape and industry regulations

• Relevant legal education and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a paralegal or in a similar legal support role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and apply legal principles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal information in a clear and concise manner
• Proficient in legal research and the use of online legal databases and tools
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
