Trade & Consumer Events Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute trade and consumer events, including promotions, activations, and exhibits
Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure timely delivery of requirements
Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, permits, materials, manpower, and transportation
Ensure brand guidelines and standards are properly implemented in all events
Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency
Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align event objectives and strategies

-Supervise on-ground event execution and resolve issues in real time
-Prepare post-event reports, including performance evaluation and recommendations

Gather customer feedback and market insights during events

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
At least 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing, or promotions
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
