JOB SUMMARY:
Customer Experience, Business Support & Transformation Team
We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Business Intelligence / Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience, Business Support and Transformation team. This role will be instrumental in transforming data into actionable insights that drive business decisions, improve service operations, and support ongoing transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with business acumen—capable of extracting, analyzing, and visualizing complex data while effectively communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Extract, consolidate, and analyze complex data from multiple sources, including internal systems such as Vertiv platforms (e.g., Critical Insight), Oracle EBS, Excel, SharePoint, and Smartsheet
- Develop, deliver, and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to support business performance and decision-making
- Interpret business requirements and translate them into data models, reporting solutions, and actionable insights
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities, providing clear recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Support Service Operations with reporting, analytics, and performance tracking
- Participate in the development, testing, and deployment of new business systems and reporting solutions
- Follow the full data analytics lifecycle: requirement gathering, data collection, cleaning, analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Apply statistical techniques, data mining, and feature engineering to uncover insights and support predictive analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on business support and transformation projects
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Data Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, joins, data manipulation)
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working with large datasets and building data models
- Familiarity with enterprise systems and data sources (e.g., Oracle EBS, SharePoint, Smartsheet)
- Understanding of data analytics methodologies and statistical modeling techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data into business insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken)
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
