About the role:

Join our team as a Transfer Booking Coordinator & Customer Service Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering seamless transportation services to international clients. You’ll manage booking requests, coordinate service partners, and ensure top-quality customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process incoming transfer booking requests from email and online platforms
  • Coordinate with partners such as Talixo, Transferz, hotels, and tourism agencies
  • Handle both pre-scheduled (70%) and last-minute (30%) bookings
  • Enter booking details into our CD scheduling system
  • Manage special requests (e.g. child seats, wheelchair access, extra stops)
  • Confirm bookings with customers and drivers
  • Manage modifications and updates effectively
  • Respond to customer inquiries within a 2–4 hour timeframe
  • Provide professional support via email and mobile communication
  • Resolve complaints/incidents within a 2-hour resolution guarantee
  • Handle cancellations, no-shows, delay notifications, and rebooking
  • Coordinate with drivers for real‑time service updates
  • Monitor flight schedules and adjust transfer logistics as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions
  • Support night transfers

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (required)
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in email and booking platforms; able to learn new software systems; experience with scheduling or dispatch systems is a plus
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a travel Specialist
  • Communication: Professional email etiquette, clear spoken and written skills, customer-care mindset
