Travel & Cruise Account - Looking for Customer Service Representative
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this full-time position based in Cebu, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in the travel and cruise industry.
What you'll be doing- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat channels
- Providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upselling and cross-selling travel and cruise products and services to customers
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and service-level agreements
- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle complex customer inquiries
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
