GENERAL MANAGER-QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT- Acts a Management Representative responsible for the daily activities of the assigned Departments
- Reports to the President on matters regarding the operations of the departments and sections under his responsibility.
- Monitors the performance of the assigned departments/sections and sees to it that standards set in the quality systems are enforced.
- Attends the management review meetings
- Coordinates with TRJ requirements needed in the compliance and maintenance of the Quality System.
- Knowledgeable of manufacturing production and processes
- Graduate of any vocational course.
- Experience overseeing Quality Control Department
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
