The Junior Multimedia Artist is an entry-level creative professional focused on supporting the design team in executing visual assets. This role is a blend of learning and doing—taking established brand concepts and applying them across various digital formats while honing technical skills in animation and video.
Key Result Areas (KRA)
KRAs for a Junior level focus on execution, consistency, and speed.- Asset Production & Versioning
- Creating variations of master designs for different social media platforms (e.g., resizing a landscape video into a vertical Reel).
- Executing basic motion graphics, such as animated lower-thirds, transitions, or GIF banners.
- Post-Production Support
- Assisting Senior Artists with rough cuts, syncing audio, and organizing project timelines.
- Performing basic color correction and audio cleaning for short-form video content.
- Creative Assistance
- Conducting visual research and creating mood boards for upcoming projects.
- Updating existing templates and marketing collateral to reflect new messaging.
- File & Workflow Management
- Ensuring all project files follow the team’s naming conventions and folder structures.
- Managing the rendering queue and exporting files in correct formats (MP4, MOV, WebP, etc.).
Requirements & Skills
Education: Degree in Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent portfolio). Preferably from Notable institutions such as University of the Philippines, De La Salle University, University of Santo Tomas, and Ateneo de Manila.
Technical Basics: Foundational knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.Aptitude: A "hunger" to learn; stays updated on current design trends and viral video styles.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot a single-pixel misalignment or a typo in a fast-paced environment.
