GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Execute routine maintenance tasks on snack food manufacturing equipment
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs to promptly address equipment malfunctions, minimizing production downtime.
• Perform routine maintenance, conduct repairs, and work collaboratively with the maintenance team to uphold equipment efficiency and food safety standards
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance schedules and follow standard operating procedures to ensure equipment reliability.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including equipment performance and parts inventory.
• Comply with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Support the maintenance team in equipment installations, commissioning, and upgrades.
• Work with Maintenance Engineers to identify areas for process improvement and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate degree graduate of Electromechanics Technology or similar academic program
• Technical training or certification in equipment maintenance is required
• 1-2 years of experience in equipment maintenance, preferably in food manufacturing or a related industry.
• Basic knowledge of snack food production systems and equipment.
• Familiarity with machinery, control systems, and instrumentation used in production is an advantage
