ServiceNow Administrator | Job Overview:

As a ServiceNow Specialists, your primary responsibility of this role is to understand why customers are not renewing their subscriptions, conduct outreach through calls and emails to resolve their issues, and win back the customers. The ideal candidate should have experience with ServiceNow platforms or a strong understanding of them.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer success or account management role.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Specialist or Business Analyst, preferably in a renewals or customer success role.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platforms or similar ITSM/ITOM tools.
• Willingness to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze customer data to identify patterns and reasons behind non-renewals.
• Conduct outbound calls and send emails to customers to understand their concerns and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and win back customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Prepare and present reports on renewal performance, customer feedback, and retention strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high renewal rates.
