HR / Administrative Officer (Construction Project)

Location: San Ildefonso, Bulacan (Hybrid)
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱20,000

Employment Type: Project-Based (1 Year Contract)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and organized HR / Administrative Officer to support the day-to-day operations of a construction project. This role focuses on documentation, basic HR functions, and administrative coordination while assisting management in ensuring smooth project execution.

The role is primarily off-site with required on-site presence during scheduled days for payroll, coordination, and varied scheduled meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
  • Record daily/weekly/monthly project updates for management monitoring.
  • Handle timekeeping and assist in payroll processing of site workers.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, billing, and project documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of invoices, requests, and formal communications.
  • Coordinate with team members to secure required signatures and approvals.
  • Take meeting minutes and ensure proper documentation of discussions and attendance.
  • Provide administrative support to management as needed.
  • Assist in basic coordination related to permits and compliance (as required in the project).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-through on tasks.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Work Setup:

  • Hybrid work arrangement.
  • Required to report on-site in San Ildefonso, Bulacan or on different meeting locations on scheduled days (e.g., payroll and meetings).
  • Flexible working hours based on operational needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in construction or project-based environments is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with timekeeping and payroll processes is a plus.

  • This role requires a high level of reliability, organization, and accountability.
  • Performance-based salary increase may be considered during the project duration.
