Senior Motion Graphic Artist

About the role

As a Senior Motion Graphic Artist you will be responsible for creating captivating motion graphics and animations that bring our brand and marketing campaigns to life. This full-time role is based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office and will play a key part in our creative team, driving the visual identity of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Illustrating the narrative, planning shots and drawing panels to demonstrate action and maintain continuity between scenes of an animation
• Prepares visual guides like storyboards, if needed
• Prepares work through a good understanding of layout, composition, sequential drawing and editing
• Delivering quality animated product that’s as per brief
• Work in 2D animation, 3D model-making animation, stop frame, motion graphics or computer-generated animation
• Designing models, backgrounds, sets characters, objects and the animation environment
• Join images with background graphics and special effects
• Ensure synchronization of frames and audio
• Participate in basic editing process
• Working to production deadlines and meeting clients’ commercial requirements
• Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval
• Completes projects by coordinating with Account Managers and relevant suppliers for technical specifications, etc.
• Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies at venues provided by Agency
• Execute photography responsibilities as needed

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a motion graphic artist or animator, preferably within the design, advertising, or marketing industries
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud software including After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
• Strong 2D and 3D animation skills, with a keen eye for timing, pacing, and camera movement
• Excellent understanding of motion design principles, colour theory, typography, and composition
• Ability to translate complex ideas and concepts into compelling, brand-aligned visual narratives
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality motion graphic assets on tight deadlines
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and presentation skills
