The Assistant Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities of their area of assignment to ensure the timely completion of production plan while satisfying all food quality and safety requirements.

• Assists the Production Supervisor in overseeing daily production operations to ensure output meets quality, safety, and efficiency targets.
• Monitors compliance with food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and company quality policies throughout the production process.
• Supervises production staff on assigned shifts, ensuring proper manpower allocation and adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Coordinates with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to address production issues, equipment concerns, and material availability.
• Ensures proper implementation of production schedules, work instructions, and process controls.
• Conducts line inspections to identify deviations, non-conformities, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Assists in investigating production incidents, customer complaints, and internal non-conformances, and supports corrective actions.
• Enforces workplace safety rules and promotes a clean, organized, and food-safe production environment.

• Training Certification for GMP, HACCP, Basic OSH, Incident Investigation and Reporting, Bakery Production, Product Knowledge, etc.
• Must possess a Bachelor’s/College degree in Food Technology, Food & Beverage Services Management, Business Studies/Administration/ Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with two (2) years technical experience in a team lead role in Food Manufacturing/Production. An equivalent combination of training and experience indicating possession of the preceding knowledge and abilities may substitute for the education and experience.
• Willing to report onsite at Merville, Paranaque City.
