Quezon City - Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist

We are looking for a Licensed Pharmacist with a passion for regulatory work to join our team as a Regulatory Affairs Specialist. In this role, you’ll handle permits, licenses, and compliance with FDA and other government agencies—ensuring our operations run smoothly and legally.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare, process, and renew permits, licenses, and certifications with FDA, LGUs, and other agencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison for all regulatory communications and submissions.
• Monitor changes in government policies and regulations and ensure timely compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect and review necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory transactions.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with regulatory authorities.
• Support audits and inspections, ensuring all compliance standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist (required)
• Fresh passers are welcome to apply!
• Experience in regulatory affairs, permits, or compliance preferred
• Knowledge of FDA regulations and documentation processes
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills
• Proactive and willing to handle fieldwork (visiting FDA, LGUs, etc.)

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
