Supervise Staff: Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate the performance of the merchandising team (Merchandising Coordinators, Visual Merchandisers, etc.).
Delegation: Assign specific tasks and territories to team members, ensuring all planogram changes and visual updates are completed on time.Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching to the team on proper display techniques, inventory management, and company visual standards.
II. Strategy Execution and Compliance
Planogram Implementation: Oversee and ensure the precise execution of all planograms (detailed store layout and product placement guides) and visual directives provided by corporate or management.Quality Control: Conduct regular store walk-throughs and audits to verify that displays meet company standards for aesthetics, safety, and inventory accuracy.
Promotional Execution: Ensure timely and accurate setup and takedown of all seasonal, promotional, and marketing displays and signage.
III. Inventory and Sales Support
Stock Health: Monitor inventory levels and sales data to proactively identify underperforming or overstocked items and suggest adjustments to displays to drive sales.
Store Coordination: Collaborate closely with the Store Manager and Sales Associates to integrate merchandising efforts with sales goals and customer service initiatives.
Reporting: Track team productivity, compliance rates, and the impact of merchandising efforts on sales, reporting findings and suggesting improvements to upper management.
Qualifications/Requirements
College GraduateWith 1-2 years experience
