Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Capture and edit photos, videos, and graphics for digital content.
- Monitor trends and recommend new content ideas to increase engagement.
- Track social media performance and prepare reports on key metrics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support branding and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with photographers, designers, or influencers when needed.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or in a similar role.
- A portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns, content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing work is required.
- Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Basic photo and video editing skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of social media advertising and campaign management.
- Strong creativity, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
