Inside Sales Representative

Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and messages to generate leads and sales opportunities
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads or sales
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely response to client inquiries
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPI
- Coordinate with the sales team and other departments for order processing and client support
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat busines
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Must have laptop or desktop and stable internet connection at home
