What You'll Be Doing:

• Developing and designing consistent and effective digital marketing assets (static and video) across multiple markets, brands, and business categories.
• Leveraging your conceptual thinking to forge and execute exciting and innovative digital ideas.
• Creating digital storyboards and animation as needed to bring concepts to life.
• Seamlessly executing adaptations of designs across a variety of digital marketing channels, including social media, paid ads, eDMs, CRMs, and reels.
• Managing and prioritizing the workflow of incoming design requests and executing projects from concept to completion under tight deadlines.
• Acting as a guardian for our global brand identity guidelines, ensuring a cohesive digital design across all touchpoints.
• Collaborating with global inter-departmental teams, including operations and marketing stakeholders in local markets.
• Offering advice and sharing knowledge with colleagues, fostering a culture of creative exploration.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest industry and digital design trends and technologies.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor of Arts degree holder or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of experience working at a creative/branding agency or a design-led consumer brand.
• Your dynamic portfolio proudly showcases a finely tuned and nuanced aesthetic, demonstrating your expertise in digital design.
• Possess a strong command of typography, design systems, design theory and visual storytelling.
• Have advanced understanding of how to apply the methodologies of interaction design and research to solve business problems.
• Conceptual thinking comes naturally to you, and you have strong creative instincts with a willingness to push boundaries through experimentation.
• Driven by creative excellence.
• Exceptionally organized and adaptable to a fast-paced workflow.
• Efficient, able to prioritize your workload, maintain composure, and thrive under tight deadlines.
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator and a highly collaborative team player.
• Strong work ethic and a passion for creating impactful designs.
• Solid expertise in Adobe Creative, Illustrator, and Figma (proficiency in Adobe InDesign is a plus!).
• Experience with organizational/collaboration tools (ie Hubspot, Slack, Trello, Asana)
• Abreast of current design trends
