Duties and Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Maintain healthy customer accounts and optimized credit utilization through timely collections and regular reconciliation of customer statements.
- Implement corporate marketing promotion programs and other relative initiatives to support sales objectives.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Optimize sales coverage to ensure every customer receives timely attention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field (Tourism, Hospitality, HRM etc.)
- Preferably from the locality/municipality of assigned area and knows how to speak the local language in assigned area.
- Willing to be trained (customer management relationship and product knowledge).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (ability to communicate in English both written and oral).
- Must possess strong and pleasant personality (ex. charm, conviction, character).
