IT Project Manager

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage software development projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, work plans, and status reports
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budget, and overall delivery quality
- Identify project risks and issues, drive resolutions, and escalate concerns when needed
- Collaborate closely with developers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Facilitate meetings, project updates, and Scrum ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Ensure the Scrum Team follows Agile best practices and Scrum principles
- Act as a servant leader who supports and empowers the team
- Ensure proper project documentation, compliance, and audit readiness
- Lead post-project evaluations and prepare project close-out reports
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other related tasks as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years of solid experience in Project Management, preferably in software development or IT projects
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify risks and provide effective solutions
- Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coordinating cross-functional teams is an advantage
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams across different business units
- Proficient in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar platforms) is a plus
- Willing to work full-time onsite in Taguig or Makati
