Supervise and monitor mechanical works at the project site, including installation of HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and other mechanical systems
Review mechanical plans, drawings, specifications, and bill of quantities
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project engineers to ensure smooth project execution
Conduct site inspections to verify work quality, progress, and compliance with approved plans and safety standards
Prepare material requests, technical reports, progress reports, and other project documentation
Assist in project scheduling, cost monitoring, and implementation of mechanical works within target timelines
Troubleshoot site issues and recommend practical engineering solutions

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of BS Mechanical Engineering
Licensed
With experience in construction industry or equivalent
