Office Engineer

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineer.
2. Preferably with at least 6 months experience in Administrative and/or Office Assistant, though dynamic fresh graduates can apply.
3. Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, familiar with project management software and common engineering software.
4. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and project details effectively
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical teams, stakeholders, and clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in preparing engineering designs, project plans, and documentation, as well as coordinating project activities and timelines.
2. Maintain and update technical documentation, project records, and other important files in a timely manner.
3. Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, track budgets, and manage office equipment to support engineering teams.
4. Act as a point of contact for internal teams, communicate project progress, and resolve technical and administrative issues that arise.
5. Ensure projects and processes adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
