Is currently looking for:

CONSIGNMENT SUPERVISOR

Description of Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Monitor Consignment Dealers in terms of sales delivery, request orders, inventory, pull-out of stocks, contract agreements, payments, overdue accounts, billboard contracts, and promotions.
• Monitor Merchandisers schedules of work and days-off, sales quotas, performance, violations, and approval of leaves.
• Conduct interviews of applicants for Merchandiser positions, if applicable.
• Perform other tasks not mentioned herein depending on operational and business needs.

Educational Requirement:

• Graduate of any 4-year course

Experience/Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience and knowledge in Sales, particularly in a supervisory position.
• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage

Attitude:

• Works well with colleagues
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent implementation of sales strategies
• Ability to adapt well to changing situations
