Geo-Transport & Construction, Inc. was organized and incorporated as a private corporation with the Securities & Exchange Commission on October 8, 1975.
Its head office is located at Osmeña Blvd., Cebu City. It has branches and equipment yards in Dumlog, Talisay City, Cebu; and Estaca, Compostela, Cebu.
Since 1976, the company has gone full scale in undertaking heavy construction works involving both government infrastructure projects and private industrial facilities in Metro Cebu and other key cities in the Philippines. In pursuit of its corporate objective, the company invested on the acquisition of a vast line of heavy equipment and machinery, such as dump trucks, bulldozers, payloaders, backhoe, bulk carrier trucks, cranes, transmit mixers, road graders, cement batching plants, among others.
Through the years, the works undertaken by the company cover a vast array of projects, such as diesel power plants, thermal power plants and substations, large scale transmission lines, water pipeline systems, water reservoirs and weirs, drainage systems, road buildings and bridges, factory buildings, residential and reclamations, among others.
Today, Geo-Transport & Construction, Inc. has in its employ a sizeable staff of professional and seasoned civil engineers, planners, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, architects, career management practitioners. Its field manpower consists of experienced craftsmen, heavy equipment operators, electricians, masons, carpenters, pipefitters, welders, and mechanics, all headed by a battery of experienced foremen and leadmen.
In its efforts to contribute to the country’s economic growth, the company was included in the roster of top 1,000 corporations in the Philippines in 1980 and 1991. And today, it is classified as a Large Taxpayer Corporation by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.It is also classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board as an “AAA” contractor.

We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who has reliable knowledge and experience on various HR functions; able to recruit, support and develop talent, and who will contribute in making the company a better place for work and growth, while staying true to company's values and standards.A committed and approachable individual, with impressive character and skills.
Requirements & Qualifications;- Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or any related field
- At least 2 years of proven work experience in the HR field or similar.
- Computer literate, especially in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and professional attitude.
- Goal-oriented, organized team player; encouraging to team and staff; able to mentor and lead.
- A plus if with specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, HR best practices, and preventive labor relations.
