40 Facilities Engineer (Registered Engineer)

Responsible for manpower deployment and scheduling of works at the site. Maintenance of facilities in building operations, trouble shooting, installation, repairs and monitoring of equipment.

• Perform administrative functions regarding client requirements.
• Work with Client in planning and in preparing for OPEX and CAP
• Conduct site inspection, building, grounds and equipment and pro.
• Technical recommendations.
• Provide support, assistance, and solutions to technical concerns.
• Handles technical request and needs of client.
• Implement program for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Prepare, implement, and maintain maintenance log and records.
• Prepare and maintain all needed paperwork in timely and organized manner.
• Troubleshoot, evaluate, and propose equipment/service upgrades.
• Assist other vendors for specialized works, renovation and fit-out works and other work needed and required by the client.
• Coordinate with management for work approval maintenance and repairs with outside contractors and technicians that the client may require.
• Review technical operation and procedure and implement adjustments according to client requirement, generate reports as required for client perusal.
• Manage relationship with the client and personnel.
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied.
• Plan, organize, oversee, and supervise leadman/supervisor, MSTs on designated scope of works and schedule in accordance to contract.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff to achieve best performance to meet the company and client requirement.
• erform other assigned tasks by his/her superior in the achievement of the department’s objectives and OCS business goals.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Must be a licensed Engineer
• At least 1-2 years of experience as facilities engineer or in a similar role.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of the building process and construction principles.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and building codes.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
