In this role, your mission is to drive product strategy and execution for our SaaS solutions, leading cross-functional collaboration and championing client-centric approaches. You will make a direct impact by:

• Owning and managing the product backlog, prioritizing features, and defining/monitoring KPIs for product success.
• Partnering with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ensure aligned and timely product delivery, facilitating Agile ceremonies.
• Conducting client meetings and user testing to capture insights, leveraging analytics to track user engagement, and developing/implementing AI solutions for process optimization.

This Role Is for You If…

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar SaaS role.
• Experience leading Agile development teams.
• Proven track record managing the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and continuous improvement.
• Experience working on AI-Powered Applications.
• Experience using the latest AI Coding assistant tools.

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Tableau.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks.
• Proficient in or open to utilizing AI tools and platforms

Non-Negotiables:

• Onsite work for the first 90 days, transitioning to Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) afterward.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership & collaboration skills to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strategic communication & Agile execution skills to align teams around product goals.
• Customer-centric & innovative mindset, driven by user experience, market needs, and continuous improvement.

• Compensation: PHP 60,000 - 75,000
• Schedule: Day Shift (7 AM–4:00 PM PH Time), Monday–Friday
• Workplace: Onsite (first 90 days), then Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
