Job Description
Biosite Medical Instruments, Inc. is looking for a clinically competent, business-driven, and results-oriented Product Manager to lead product management, market development, customer engagement, and nationwide support for the company’s healthcare and diagnostic portfolio.
This role is best suited for a Registered Medical Technologist with strong clinical laboratory expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate clinical knowledge into effective product strategies, customer support, and business growth.
The Product Manager will work closely with internal teams, healthcare professionals, institutional clients, and business partners to strengthen product positioning, support customer requirements, and drive sustainable market growth nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product management, market development, and business growth initiatives for assigned healthcare and diagnostic portfolio nationwide.
Develop and implement product strategies, customer engagement plans, and market development activities.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, trainings, and customer education sessions.
Provide clinical and application support to hospitals, laboratories, and other healthcare institutions.
Support product evaluations, implementation activities, customer requirements, tenders, and key account initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Technical Service, Product Teams, and business partners to ensure effective product positioning and customer support.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with laboratory heads, medical technologists, clinicians, hospital decision-makers, and key healthcare stakeholders.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer needs, and business opportunities.
Prepare product updates, business reviews, market insights, reports, and strategic recommendations.
Ensure proper coordination of product-related concerns, customer feedback, and after-sales support requirements.
Qualifications
Must be a Registered Medical Technologist.
Must have strong clinical laboratory expertise and hands-on experience in healthcare, diagnostics, laboratory operations, or related clinical settings.
Graduate of Medical Technology / Medical Laboratory Science or other relevant allied healthcare course.
Experience in product management, clinical applications, medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare sales is an advantage.
With strong communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Must be clinically knowledgeable, business-minded, customer-focused, and results-driven.
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willing to travel nationwide as needed.
