Overview:

Oversees the Learning Services and Customer Experience teams within the accounts supported by the company. Responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training and quality programs for customer service representatives, ensuring a high level of customer experience and adherence to client policies.

Provides recommendations for improving the quality of service based on reports and analyses generated by the Learning Services and Customer Experience teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Technical):

  • Bachelor’s degree in any course
  • 3 years of experience at a Senior Manager capacity supporting Training & Quality
  • HC ratio spanning at 1,500 min with multiple program lines supported
