What you'll be doing
- Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing applicants to ensure they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and requirements for each role
- Coordinating the interview and selection process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates
- Maintaining a talent pipeline and proactively reaching out to potential candidates
- Providing support and guidance to new hires during the onboarding process
- Continuously analyzing and improving recruitment strategies to enhance the candidate experience and improve hiring outcomes
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a recruitment but open for fresh graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment-related technologies
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the Philippines
- A passion for talent acquisition and a commitment to building a diverse and high-performing workforce
