We're looking for Billing & Accounts Receivable (AR) Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Billing & AR Clerk. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Sage Intacct, adept at handling billing, payment processing, and collections, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Process credit payments in Sage Intacct
• Manage incoming and outgoing emails via Outlook
• Handle A/R reconciliation and ensure accurate posting of collections through lockbox or ACH
• Process ACH and credit card payments efficiently

• Manage the churning process for accounts
• Collaborate with multi-family property management teams and industry-related vendors
• Utilize Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Outlook for daily operations
• Support vendor access setup and payment processing via Stripe

• Proficiency in Sage Intacct and Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)
• Experience with Salesforce, Stripe, and vendor portals
• Quick to pick up processes and adapt to new systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in Multi-family industry
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and client interactions
• Ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision

Qualifications: Sage intacct certificate (PLUS)

3+ years of experience accounting or bookkeeping within the multi-family industry
