About the role

Wintopia Philko Manufacturing Inc' is looking for an enthusiastic Factory Staff to join our team in our Patubig Marilao Bulacan location. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.

• Operate and monitor various production machines and equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing output
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production equipment
• Adhere to all health, safety and quality control standards
• Assist with receiving, storing and handling of raw materials and finished goods
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment

• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret production schedules, work orders and technical specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
