Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the warehouse, inventory, and distribution operations of the company. This role ensures efficient storage, proper handling, and timely delivery of goods to various locations, including stores and clinics.

The Logistics Supervisor also manages logistics personnel, maintains records, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse and logistics department to ensure smooth workflow.
2. Monitor and maintain warehouse inventory by conducting weekly and monthly stock audits to prevent shortages, discrepancies, or losses.
3. Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of products to maintain quality and compliance with safety regulations.

Delivery & Distribution Coordination:

1. Prepare and coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure on-time and accurate dispatch of products to stores and clinics.
2. Track shipments and deliveries, resolving any delays, damages, or discrepancies in a timely manner.
3. Supervise logistics personnel, drivers, and warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations and compliance with company protocols.

Reporting & Documentation:

1. Maintain and update logistics and inventory monitoring trackers daily to keep accurate records of product movement.
2. Prepare weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager, summarizing key metrics, inventory status, and operational challenges.
3. Ensure all logistics documents, invoices, and delivery receipts are properly recorded and filed for reference.

Compliance & Process Improvement:

1. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) in all logistics operations.
2. Identify areas for improvement in logistics operations and recommend cost-effective solutions to enhance efficiency.
3. Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions to improve team performance and compliance with operational standards.

1. Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned by management to support company operations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Must be a graduate of any Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Logistics.
• Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field).
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience as a Logistics Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Licenses: Must have a valid Professional Driver's License (Res. 1,2).

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and other logistics tracking software.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
